Additional payment will be required at the following stages:
- Contract signing – $60,000.00 (includes sales receipt and purchase order)
- Finished 1st construction phase $50,000.00 (approximately two months later)
- Finished 2nd construction phase – $50,000.00 (approximately four months later)
- Completion – $55,000.00 (approximately four months later)
Proposed Total Purchase price: $225,000 USD
Build time is approximately ten months. Purchase price includes the B2 Premium Ownership Experience Package.
